There are hotels adjacent to the airport for travellers to stay in and space for conferences and events, all surrounded by the encompassing beautiful mountains. The airport offers facilities other than flights including Wi-Fi, phone services and even a dog park, in addition to food outlets and clothing, gift and accessory stores for waiting visitors to enjoy. Various national airlines use RTIA including American Airlines and Alaska Airlines, in addition to the Nevada Air National Guard who have a base at the airport. There are three runways at Reno-Tahoe International Airport, with a central passenger terminal and an impressive main lobby.
